Status of the institution

CED-INVEST S.A. is a public limited company in formation, set up with a view to being licensed as a second-category microfinance institution. It is not yet registered or licensed.

Its licence is granted by the Monetary Authority, subject to the approval of the Central African Banking Commission (COBAC). Until this licence is granted, CED-INVEST takes no deposits and grants no loans.

No payment on this website

No payment can be made on this website. The online subscription form is only a declaration of intent.

Payments are made exclusively into the escrow account opened for this purpose, on written instructions sent personally to the subscriber.

Fraud warning

CED-INVEST never asks for payment by phone, messaging (SMS, WhatsApp, email) or mobile money. Any such request is fraudulent: do not act on it and report it using the contact form.

The project's only domain names are ced-invest.cm and cedinvest.cm.
