Data controller

The data controller is the Club des Entrepreneurs Dynamiques (CED), acting on behalf of CED-INVEST S.A. in formation. The technical provider in charge of the website acts as a processor and is bound by confidentiality.

Processing complies with Law No. 2024/017 of 23 December 2024 on the protection of personal data.

Data collected

Contact form: your name, email address and message and, if you provide them, your phone number, country, city and profile.

Subscription form: your subscriber category, the number of shares you intend to take, your surname and first name, email address, phone number, country, city, expected payment date and, for the categories that require it (types III and IV), the name of the CED member or members of attachment and the nature of your relationship with them.

Code access: the invitation code used, the pages viewed, the language and the date of the visit, without IP address or identity.

This website never collects identity documents, bank details, proof of origin of funds or criminal records, and accepts no attachments.

To protect forms from automated submissions, the website may use the Cloudflare Turnstile service, which analyses technical browser signals for no advertising purpose.

Purposes and retention periods

Your data is used only to answer your requests, record your declaration of intent, send you your statement and inform your sponsor of your application. Your sponsor receives your name and form number, never the number of shares or the amount.

Subscription forms are deleted from the website no later than thirty days after being entered in the register of subscribers, which is kept offline. Contact requests that receive no follow-up are deleted after twelve months. The access opened by your code expires after thirty days.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and object to its processing, by writing to [email protected] or using the contact form.

We will reply as soon as possible.

Audience measurement

This website sets no advertising or audience-measurement cookies. Visit statistics (visits per invitation code, video plays) are calculated by the website itself, without third-party tools.

Only strictly necessary technical cookies are used: keeping your guest access open and protecting forms against request forgery. This is why no consent banner is displayed.
